KAYAK
Picking up the vehicle was easy and quick. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't the model thst I expected. I'm short and yet I still bumped my head getting in and out of it. Also gutless engine. Would've been much happier with a Soul.

The front desk staff was helpful. I had to change cars because the first car I was given would not go when pressing on the gas.

We booked a oneway rental but when we tried to collect car they said they don't do one-ways. We had to have friends drive us to our destination.

Only draw back is that they should give you time to inspect the vehicle yourself before noting that it has no damage.

I liked the unlimited miles makes a difference and will definitely get me to rent again if it stays around.

Cons:

The overall extension process and maybe price should be considered to be locked in at whatever rate you booked it at to begin with if extended. Just an idea.
