Customer service! Representative was alone-I respect that, but I would have appreciated him talking me through what he was doing, i. e., how much would be charged to my credit car, expectations, etc. In addition, I waited 20 minutes to return vehicle and I felt he could have accepted the keys and let me go, I hadn’t incurred any issues and tank had been filled up.4.0 Mediocre

Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life.Cons:
The pickup and dropoff points were closed during the times I had booked the car. I had no idea where to drop off the car, there was zero signage, and I am still being charged for the car. No one would pick up the phone, including Hertz's EMERGENCY number. I am disgusted and will never use this company again.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly described everything...made sure I knew what kind of coverage to choose. They even talked with me about my trip and gave me suggestions for other sights to see. It was also really helpful that they drove me home after I dropped off the car. A very good experience! I will definitely rent from them again!Cons:
I would recommend to other travelers that they make sure they know when the agency closes and that they give themselves enough time to take care of all of the paperwork, inspect the car, and then get the actual car. I didn't know that they closed at noon on Saturdays, and when I got there at 11:30, there were several last minute people like me, so it took longer than it would have if I hadn't waited until the last minute.4.8 Mediocre

Long wait picking up and dropping off, I suppose due to changes as a result of COVID-19; my car didn’t receive any special cleaning though.Cons:
I would have liked someone to do a walk-around before I left so I would have felt comfortable that no surprises would pop up.8.4 Very good

Pros:
The car probably was not inspected properly because the ride was very uncomfortable on the highway. After a couple of hours realized the tire tire pressure light was on and all 4 tires were low on air. When filled them up with air lost pressure again a couple of hours later. Called for roadside assistance took close to two hours to arrive and didn't have a replacement tire just filled it with air and told us to go to a tire store and company will reimburse. If the car had been inspected properly this wouldn't have happened.10.0 Wonderful

Shelly was on time to pick me up. I was in there less than 20 minutes and i got a brand new just dropped off SUV. Everyone was nice and professional. Definately wpul5d rent from there again.Cons:

Cons:
Willow Grove Enterprise office attempted to give me a smaller car than I reserved then tried to strong arm me into paying for a upgrade. The counter person ultimately refused to honor the price that I agreed to on Kayak. I will defintely not try to rent from this location again and probably won't use Kayak to book a rental in the future10.0 Wonderful

The car that I originally wanted was not at the location. They offered to take me to where the car was. Since I didn't want to do that they offered a another car instead.
