It was terrible. No one notified me that Alamo no longer exists at Jackson Hole airport anymore. When I landed at the airport and went to pick up the car, there is no Alamo there. Kayak had made the reservation with them several months ago for me. But Alamo had stopped being at Jackson Hole and that was never communicated to me. I even called Alamo three times before my arrival to be sure they will have a car for me. They said that is you have the reservation through Kayak, you will have a car there. Cons:Car was 1/2 full of gas at pickup. I notified Alamo 800 number and at drop off. I was assured this would be corrected (I also returned with 1/2 full tank). Sadly, I was charged for not returning full anyway. Alamo customer service isn’t poor and disorganized. Very difficult to reach a live person who can complete the requested task. Fight through the answering system only to get passed on or told the issue is covered (when I see now on my statement, it was not corrected)Reviewed Aug 7 2020
