The car rental agency is quite aways from the airport, but the shuttle van was waiting for us at the airport and delivered us to the agency without any problems. Car was ready, no waiting. Everything went smoothly.Reviewed Jan 28 2023

Car and rate were honored. Shuttle from airport was ready and only 20 mins. Only waited about 10 mins for car. Negative was I needed to extend a few days and they required me to drive to location to sign a new piece of paper - would have been better to simply do it over the phone or on an app. Very nice people and appreciate that always as life is not fun when dealing with unpleasant people -Reviewed Dec 28 2022

Despite being listed as Jackson Airport, it is actually 20min away from the airport in downtown Jackson. Staff were also fairly pushy about upgrades and such.Reviewed Sep 10 2022

Even it is not an airport pickup/ drop off but it is only 15-20 mins by its shuttle to Jackson hole downtown. The car they gave to me was very new, clean and good condition. We had a great time.Reviewed Sep 7 2022

I requested a full size car (e.g. Ford Fusion or similar) from Thrifty. It was stated on the reservation. They provided a Hybrid intermediate (Prius). I showed them my reservation and they said that Kayak sent them Hybrid intermediate. Not happy about that. The car was fine, but having never driven a hybrid before it was a learning experience. Cons:I reserved a Nissan Rogue but they played bait and switch when we arrived and tried to stick us with a smaller car. Ended up having to pay extra to get a car where my head didn’t rub the headliner. Woman at the fest was condescending and rude.Reviewed May 30 2021

Pros:Drop off was easyCons:The price online was $39 a day and I paid $22 for insurance. When I got there they had me pay $98 more dollars on top of those fees I already paid because I’m under 24 so there was a $25 fee and the rest of the $98 was for extra insurance apparently, so for being under 25 they make you pay almost $100 extra just for insurance, my total rental price for one day was $160 which was at least $40 more than what several other car rental places quoted me for with also being under 25. Maybe a good option for those 25 & above, but if not, rent from somewhere else! I would have rented from somewhere else if I could have, but it was 5am when I picked up and didn’t feel like trying to find a ride to another car rental place and I just wanted to get started with my day.Reviewed Oct 9 2020
