Pros: Our customer service representative was excellent, explained everything and anticipated any questions we might have.

Pros: The staff were amazing! They had all the car paperwork prepped for everyone arriving and made it such an efficient experience to pick up the keys and get the car.

Cons: I reserved a car, but when I arrived at airport, they told me that though they had cars available, they wouldn't give me one, because they were running low and wanted to give cars to other people who also had reservations.
Pros: The gal at the desk when we picked up was very friendly, professional and helpful.
Cons: The Medford car rental parking lot could probably use a little reconfiguring of parking spaces allotted to each company. The first signs we saw didn't even list Alamo so it was a bit of an educated guess to just keep walking until we got to our car.

Pros: Reasonable fare for one-way rental.
Cons: The car was not ready for the time I reserved and I was not informed you could not turn in a car after hours even though I told them I would be arriving at 3am.
Good price; nice car.
Pros: Nice Toyota, larger than I had anticipated. A hubcap fell off which I could not reattach but I brought it back. Not really sure if I'll be charged for the damage to the hubcap.
The staff was most attentive and professional.
Cons: I arrived early and had to wait for a car, but that was really my fault, not theirs.
