3rd party bookers (like Kayak) are not completely integrated with inventory on the ground held by the rental car companies. This was a problem for me (and others in line at the counter). I appreciate the referral on a consolidated search, but to avoid problems, I'd much rather book the reservation directly through the rental car company.Reviewed Jul 11 2022
