Stunningly easy, convenient, fast and a new 2027 vehicle. As President's Circle with Hertz and Avis, I worried about this experience. (Those had no cars for my last minute dates.) Alamo was extremely fast at the counter. Quick for pick-up. Vehicle is great shape.Reviewed Oct 15 2026

Quick and easy pick up and return. Friendly helpful staff. No surprises, the price quoted was the price charged (I've had bad experiences with other rental agencies that "bait and switch" being hit with additional charges or forced into upgrades at additional cost). I had a passenger leave an item in the car and after calling customer service I had a reply the same day! Great customer service! Thanks!Reviewed Oct 13 2026

Easy access right at the station in Saint-Pierre-des-Corps. Only time I’ve ever had such a thorough inspection of the car done by a representative. He explained how they evaluate for damage at the vehicle including showing me previous damage recorded in their system so I wouldn’t be charged for it.Reviewed Oct 9 2026

The people who work there from the counter guy, to the gate person to the return guy were all super friendly and extremely helpful. I’m not sure I have ever rented from Alamo before but I had a great experience.Reviewed Sep 30 2026

I’ll see if this lets me choose my words I ordered a small BMW I was changed to a Peugeot 3008 when I arrived at the counter which was in another terminal. The only car they had left was a 5008 a Peugeot. This is a three seater SUV and I am one person. I called after a couple days asking for a smaller car. I only could speak to the main office..There is no way of contacting the airport directly. I told them to check if there would be a small car available. They said they would call back and they never did. Unfortunately, after that, I had to park in otherparking garages. This car is not made to park in French garages. I scraped the side. I moved onto another location and had to park in another garage where I scraped the side again. I was so paranoid about putting this car in garages that it ruined my trip.. When I returned the car, even the man checking me in said yeah this car is not made to be parked in French garages. Before I returned the car I askedif someone would come in remove the car for me. I didn’t even wanna drive it and get out of the parking spaces again. I don’t think I will neverrent from you guys again without being assured that I’ll get the card that I ordered. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to see if they’ll pay for the repairs they should never have happened. Sign a very unhappy unsatisfied customerReviewed Sep 29 2026

Good service @ the Airport & best price available The only downside was that the car inside & outside wasn’t clean It looks like they gave me the car after the last drop-off. Without any check.Reviewed Sep 24 2026
