No cars
Cons: There were no cars when we arrived to pick up our car at the scheduled reservation time. The agent had to call people who were late, to bring their cars back. We had to wait 45 minutes. We were not happy in Happy Valley PA :-(

Late night drop off
Cons: When I picked up the car I notified 2 different staff members in Philadelphia of existing damages and I took pictures of same. Hoping that the documentation of damage prior to taking possession will be adequate to avoid charges for preexisting damages.

Pros: The rental was a great price and the car was very nice. The entire process was smooth and without issues. Would rent from again.

Pros: Easy to book a car, fair prices and quickly got a car good car.
Cons: The car had a bad smell in it for a little while when I first got it.
