They have to be professionals and responsible. I reserved a big car for 7 passengers. I called them up before I go to pick it up, they offered me a small car because they didn’t have any big vehicles. Could you imagine my frustration? They never fixed my problem. I had to call immediately to AVIS and they really worked out with me professionally fixing my problem.Reviewed Jul 30 2024
