Pros:Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very easy to rent a car at Sarasota Bradenton airport.
Cons:The car rental companies need to be more transparent about rule changes. You must have a credit card to rent a car. They will not take a debit card, even if you have $100,000 in your account.
Pros:The personnel made the transaction easy and quick. I was in and out in a few minutes. The price was cheaper than most of the other national brands.

Cons:Pressured into buying gap insurance. Was told because I booked through Car Rentals.com certain things wouldn't be covered by my regular insurance. Ended up paying $100.00 more for rental than I was expecting.
