Cons:I parked the car and slowly organized myself, so was there in the parking spot a while. Then didn't see anyone coming around to help me out, so went into the terminal to the Dollar desk. Waited in line for several people ahead of me. Only to find out that I needed to go back outside to find whoever it was that hadn't seen me park the car. Now...get this...I was the ONLY car that was coming into a rather empty parking area. And no one could see that I had arrived?? Went back out to find the "tent" with no Dollar ads on it and asked who was to help me. A very nice lady said it was her job. Got out the paperwork...and then she tell me...oh...Rosie's at lunch so we can't give you a receipt!...Geees! Anyway...the rest of the experience was great...as hoped for. Just returning needs some rehab!! Louisa

Cons:My car did not have windshield fluid, but that's really the only complaint.

Cons:I cannot believe I ended up paying $131 for a car that was $25.99 per day with the most basic insurance. I have never seen so many random fees and hidden costs. I budgeted for $80 and am very unhappy with the price.

Pros:I liked that the rental car was right outside of the doors. The reservation customer service was very good.
Cons:The car still had tape marks on all 4 doors and the windshield. When I pointed it out I was told it was okay, don't worry. They didn't do a check of the car to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. When I dropped the car off, there was only 1 person to take care of me and she was dealing with a crisis and no one else could help. Told me that I had some time before my plane left so I could wait.

Pros:The price was competitive - convienent pickup and easy to modify when I needed to change the drop off point.

Pros:Drop-off was very easy. I pulled up, they processed the drop-off during the time it took me to gather my belongings, and I went on my way.

Pros:The car was very nice to drive. Had a funny transmission slipping but I looked up the vehicle on line and found out it was a problem with this particular vehicle, so I didn't worry.
Cons:Having to walk a distance to get the car as well as returning the car, since I am handicapped.

Cons:The car was old and the tires were almost bald in addition the brakes were poor ! For what we paid I do not believe it was a good value
