Pros:The size and rate was great for the length of time i rented it for.
Pros:they were ok
Cons:nothing really it was ok.
Pros:Not much at all. if I rent through Alamo again it'll be grudgingly. I can spend the extra $10 to rent hertz.
Cons:The overcharge for insurance was a little much. Felt like I was being personally victimized by the rental manager in Tulsa Oklahoma.
Pros:You cannot beat the prices with Alamo. We got a nice new clean vehicle with absolutely no hassle at all.

Pros:Van was nice.
Cons:First, even though here is an Alamo desk in the airport, we were told we had to go outside and to just follow the orange signs. We had to walk a great distance, with all our luggage and kids, to get to the pick up office. Then there was a line. The people working outside were very surprised to see us all show up. They asked why we didn't check inside! The person checking us out (Dylan) seemed to have no idea what he was doing. When we handed over our id's he typed in our address and asked us if were living at the Residence Inn???? Our address is in Wyoming. The process took 30 minutes! Meanwhile, other people were coming and going quickly with the other person doing checkout. When we returned the car, the same guy was there to check us back in. Last time I use Alamo.
Pros:Easy to access, smooth process to get the car and the keys even late at night. I left something in the car and they did an AMAZING job getting it back for me.

Pros:Was very happy when I booked a luxury car that instead of the usual 300s or Cadillac CTS I was handed the keys to a 430ix... Convertible!! Loved the car. Got great gas mileage too.
Pros:The car was a good value for the money.
Cons:They did not have my reservation in the system when I dropped off the car, so I had to wait for them to finish with another customer so they could locate it. Luckily I had arrived at the airport with enough time built in, but if I was close on timing, it would not have been good.
Pros:It was a very easy rental experience. I left a bag in the car and they were very helpful.
