The supervisor Juan was great knowledgeable and very helpful. The other lady [ at the enterprise station] gave us a down graded car without informing us, she kept pointing to a suv and told us that was our car. We rented car, not a suv. After trying to start the suv with the key she gave us, we realized we were in the wrong car. We rented an Audi q4 ended up with an Audi q3 without being informed. We ended up taking the q3 back and the supervisor issued us the suv.Reviewed Jul 4 2024
