Pros:Very nice representatives at the desk. They did not try to push extra coverages on us. When I let them know we had ordered an automatic transmission vehicle and the one they had reserved for us was standard transmission, they upgraded us to a van with automatic without any hassles.
Cons:I ordered an SUV with automatic transmission and was given one without. The representatives were very helpful and upgraded us to a van with automatic.

Cons:we were offered an insurance for the car when making online reservations through kayak for a car rental with alamo. When picking up the car, Alamo had no records of an insurance purchase nor did they recognize our receipt of the purchase. do not buy the car insurance offered on the kayak website.

Cons:After a long vacation filled with disappointments and misleading statements renting from Europcar, Global, Buchbinder and Internet in Poland, Germany and the U.K. it was refreshing to receive no excellent no nonsense treatment at a good price from Enterprise in Frankfurt.

Cons:We reserved a passenger van so we can easily fit our luggage. Instead we were given a smaller suv which barely fit our luggage. Although the smaller suv rents for less than a passenger van, they charged us the same price. I would like to get a price adjustment.

Cons:Check cars carefully for tech issues and not mention they have no issues and later customers have to find out that its wrong.... even small matters should be clearly highlighted which was with my car not the case

Cons:Staff was terrible, took 45 minutes to rent the car. Should've taken 5. I missed a meeting.

Pros:The drop off staff was super friendly and effecient.
Cons:When picking up the rental, the gentleman helping me was extremely rude and trying to scam me in to buying their car insurance when I had already purchased a package online during checkout. The car I rented was nothing like the description online and they said it was the only automatic they had.
