Pros:Clean car
Cons:Not same the rat when I booked

Pros:Good value, clean car, contract was all in German, so no way to know what I was signing
Cons:Hidden and unexplained fees. Returned car on time, but contract showed counter time rather than actual checkout, so it was 40min late. Wanted to charge me 440€ until I complained. They quickly fixed it to the original price of 114€. Wonder how many business travelers just accept such things because they're not the ones paying for it. If you have to make money by deceiving customers, you should probably find another thing to do.
Pros:They were quick to help us get the car checked back in so we could make our flight.
Cons:The agent asked me for the "passport" for the car. I had no idea what this was or where it was located. I thought he was referring to the paperwork I'd signed in Paris which we'd misplaced. Only after he pulled the documentation from the glove box did I understand what this important paperwork was and where it was located. The agent in Paris never mentioned this paperwork to us when checking out the car.
Cons:I got a phone call from Avis office in Frankfurt a day before my departure from the US to confirm that I would pick up a car from Frankfurt airport, not in downtown Frankfurt. I got to the airport and was told there was no car for me. I ended up renting a car from a different firm.

Cons:There were no cars available even though the system approved the car booking. Hope nothing was charged on my credit card, I will check with my bank once back home
Cons:Wasn't expecting a Fiat 500. Its too small. Only two doors. No room for luggage.

Cons:Took over an hour of waiting in line and then another half hour waiting off to the side before I could receive the vehicle.

Cons:The office man was not good at all. When I drop the car, they said there is an accident in the car. But we are sure there is no accident. Then he show me non visible scratch (about 5cm) and you need to stand in a certain position to the sun in order to see the scratch. Also it is in the top bonnet. I tried to tell him it is nothing and may be it is there from the beginning but he was not listening and deducted from my credit card EUR 574. I refuse to sign but they take the money. Too bad.
