No car available, called me last minute an hour before pick up, gave me the option to wait around another few hours but still no car available. Lost money in having to totally rearrange bookings and travel plans due to rental car being cancelled.

Wanted to turn it in over 12 hrs early, it originally would have given over $100 back on the reservation but when the time came, it only gave $10 back

I liked that there was a representative asking questions about our rentals as we exited the building to the parking lot. She looked at our paperwork and pointed at the cars that worked for the rental. We were free to choose what we liked. It turned out my options were large SUV and I asked the lady if I could have something smaller and it wasn’t a problem. I loved that! I chose a GMC and enjoyed the car immensely.

The person at the desk was very efficient. Due to all the cancelled flights she could have used some help but she handled it very well. The car was very clean and comfortable.

Very good last minute prices. The cleanliness of the car wasn't great, especially inside. But the workers were nice and the rental experience was seamless. Picking up and dropping off at Boston airport is a challenge, but Alamo can't be blamed for that.

The pickup and drop-off address I was given was incorrect. I arrived early and after no storefront opened, I called Alamo. The 1st Alamo representative I spoke to could not resolve, and left a message for the Rental location manager. I called Alamo a second time, and that agent told me no cars would be available. I randomly went to (what I thought was another random rental car company - business name: Nippon), and by sheer luck, this was the original location I was supposed to go to, as they also supported Alamo. Summary: Wrong pickup/dropoff address on my contract and poor on phone customer service

Great experience. The price was fantastic and the person at the counter even offered us a fantastic upgrade for $10, which we took.

They charged me additional insurance. They do not have any email to send them request to return money. They asked me to sign an agreement in different language. It was just fraud.
