Loved the workers there they tried and felt horrible that they couldn’t fulfill my reservation for a suv. When I returned I talked to her and she was super helpful!

There was nobody there to inspect the car and hand it over to me. When I dropped off the car, they then inspected the vehicle and found a scratch below the bumper which they insisted was not there. No normal person would inspect the underneath of the vehicle when hiring. They then proceeded to invoice me for the "so called" damage. The vehicle was not new and had many other minor dents. The bumper also had a scratch on the other side, which they said they invoiced to the previous renter. Effectively, they are collecting twice to repair the same panel. I will not hire from Alamo South Africa or their associates ever again.

In Puerto Vallarta the ladies there were super helpful, I believe the manager helped us as well. She was super helpful, approachable and she helped us with anything we were asking her
