Pros:I liked the check in kiosk! Just checked in at little kiosk and then went to car ! It was awesome. I didn't have to deal with anything or lines!
Cons:Only issue I had and it was just bc It was a holiday- the rental place was packed and it took a while to get back to airport but other than that it was a good process ! Will be back!
Pros:Rental was a good price and car was fine.
Cons:Rented car was unavailable. Substitute car was larger than desired. Car had bumps all over that needed to be documented. Car was not cleaned. Line for car took very long. Line for returning car was for after I wait until everyone else checks out a car. You’d think they want us to return cars first, both so they have something for the next customer and so that I won’t be late for a flight. Don’t the agents realize they have a long line waiting so they would work faster?
Pros:Absolutely nothing.
Cons:I made this reservation with Alamo so that I could easily transport myself and three other bridesmaids to our best friend’s wedding. The day before the reservation I called Alamo to adjust the pickup time from 9am to 3pm. The Alamo customer service representative told me she made a note in the reservation and that the car would be ready for us at 3. When we arrived, the car was to be picked up from an enterprise location. The enterprise representative Informed us that Alamo had never adjusted the reservation, they had canceled the car, and that there weren’t any others available. So, myself and the wedding party were stranded with no car. I was then on the phone with Alamo who was incredibly unhelpful, they kept repeating that there were no other cars available. Luckily we were able to find a car at Avis, which saved the day. I will not be renting a car through Alamo again.
Pros:Staff was helpful, simple process
Cons:Pickup / drop off - poor signage within train station. Easy to miss.

Pros:The attendants were very polite and helpful, but they were understaffed.
Cons:We had to wait in two long lines to get the car which took about an hour.
Pros:Great service and support and was super fast and easy on both pick up and return
