Pros:The whole process was easy and efficient. Took almost no time at all to pick up and drop off. Friendly people working there.
Pros:I was pleasantly surprised that the car was so comfortable and easy to drive and park. It was a Chevy Trax

Cons:No instructions on using instruments in the dashboard. The car manual was in the trunk but not visible.
Pros:The price was great and the vehicle was very nice. Flexible in changing the bill from my husband's credit card to mine.
Cons:I did not realize it was not unlimited miles, although we had enough, we limited our driving due to this. Obviously, this was my mistake. Also, we like to put all of our purchases on one credit card, to get points. The credit card is in my name, however my husband was going to be the driver for the week. I didn't like that an additional driver cost more money. Therefore we had to use a different credit card that was in my husband's name to pay for the car. This was annoying. To their redemption, after it was all said and done, when we returned the car, we were able to switch payment methods.
