Cons:I reserved a car for $140.00. I paid $190.00. The difference were state, local and airport taxes. These should have been prominently reported during the reservation process.

Pros:I liked the vehicle I rented.
Cons:The rep was rude, apparently their prices have increased, and you no longer have the choice of selecting your own vehicle. If you want to switch to another vehicle in the same category, that will change the price of the rental agreement.

Pros:Staff was helpful in explaining insurance options. The pick up and drop off procedure was quick. For this particular weekend trip, I was glad that the car was not loaded with a lot of options that would require hours of reading a book to figure out how to operate them!

Cons:We made a “reservation” for a Suburban. When we got there all they had left was a little 4 door car. We have 7 people in our family so that wouldn’t work. The man working was nice enough, but he told us when you reserve with a lower cost rental company it’s hit or miss. Sometimes you get what you want, and sometimes you don’t. He showed us a long list of people he had to call to tell them they didn’t have any cars available. I would not recommend renting from Dollar because there NO GUARANTEE that you’ll get what you reserve, or any car for that matter!

Pros:In and out fast.
Cons:Car had trash on the floors. The seats had several stains. One was a big fresh one in the back. Windows were dirty inside. I would have refused this car except that I was pressed for time. And as bad as anything else, I reserved a full size car but I got an Elantra. I'm a big guy and I had an associate with me. I could have spent this much money at enterprise and gotten the car I wanted. I'm very unhappy with this experience. I travel a lot for business and this is my worst rental experience

Cons:car was dirty, tire was damaged requiring three visits to tire shop and our purchasing a new tire, for which we had not gotten a reimbursement.

Cons:i put the wrong return time on my reservation so when I went to get my rental, I couldn't get the rate that I got at the time I reserved on line. So i had to pay full price, over $100 more for my rental.
