Pros:Yes, friendly and quick service.
Cons:A bigger sign at the airport desk explaining where to go when no one is there, a bit confused because it said for enterprise not knowing they also owned alamo.
Pros:The van was roomy and clean
Cons:I had prepaid for the vehicle and when I got to the counter I was charged extra fee. I thought the price was expensive in the first place but I needed a larger vehicle to get my grand babies back home.
Pros:Again loved the customer service can't express that enough. Also loved that as soon as I drove up to parking lot some one was there to take the car. In other places I had to wait over 15mins for someone to show up.

Cons:We were offered "upgrade" to a small SUV from a full-size car. It was not a comfortable car. We took it without thinking.
