Very good experience
Pros: The staff in the pickup and return area is very courteous and helpful. The car was exceptionally clean.
Cons: Telephone service, needs work. Customer support is obviously farmed out overseas and if the problem isn't in their book they simply keep repeating what's in front of them. In 4 attempts over 3 hours no one at the rental desk in the airport (ELP) ever answered the phone.

Pros: Picking up from DFW was the best experience I had, honestly the only reason why they get 3 stars & not just 1. Took about 10 min tops & customer service was excellent!
Cons: Dropping off in El Paso was easy & efficient but picking up another car 4 days later was a nightmare. Took over 40 min just at the desk (there were 2 people ahead of me). Once we were in the parking lot to pick up the car, there was only one person working outside, but he was too busy on a personal call to help us. When he finally came over to tell us which car we could take, he didn't get off the phone, & just said, you can take that one, & went back into his booth, still on his cell phone, while we waited for him to let us out at the exit, which he walked to a couple minutes later, still on his phone. We were the only ones there! The car didn't have any windshield wiper fluid & the remote didn't work. My card was charged 2 separate amounts that didn't add up to the total on my receipt, it was for almost $30 more, & after being reimbursed for some of the inconveniences, the second amount is still on hold almost 2 weeks later & when I call Alamo, I keep getting different answers as to why, including, we don't show anything on hold, we show the transaction complete & there's nothing they can do except wait a few weeks & see if that amount is still on hold. DONT EVER RENT A CAR from the EL PASO LOCATION!

fast drop off, no hassles
Pros: I loved the service, really friendly. they let me choose the car on the fly. no hidden fees or obligatory extra insurance, they accept your credit card included insurance which has been a big issue before with other car rental companies.

Extra hour? Unfair...
Pros: The car was new and perfect
Cons: I used the car exactly 24 hours but since the drop off city has an hour ahead in the time they charged me $38 additional to my bill. I paid because of my rush to take my flight but I don't think this is correct.
