Cons:I wasn’t able to grab the Car since the policies stated they needed a credit card and we only had a debit but the wouldn’t take it If i didn’t have a fligh back there , which is RIDICULOUS since We did have the money for the deposit even tho it was a debit card, it had more than enough money for the

Cons:Check your car carefully before exiting the center. The first car had a metal rod dragging below the vehicle. Second and third cars smelled of weed.

Pros:Rental agent was very pleasant and easy to work with. I asked about bumping up to the next car after she had already printed my contract and, unlike other places, she switched it up without any hesitation or problems at all.

Pros:When I went out to parking lot to get car, no one was out there to help me. I walked around and finally someone came out from inside to assist me. Drop off was a piece of cake!
Cons:I should have asked questions about the car before I pulled away. I was on the freeway and heat was pouring out and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Had to roll my window down until I could get a chance to look at it closely. This was the first time I ever rented a car by myself. I will know next time to get a basic overview before I pull away next time.

Cons:There was not enough vehicles when I went to rent my vehicle. I had too settle due to a vehicle recall so a lot of the vehicles were taken out of rotation.
