Cons:You take a shuttle to the airport rental car site. You then wait for the Fox Rental car shuttle. I waited another 20 minutes. The check our took a very long time.

Pros:Drop off was easy.
Cons:Pick up was awful. They gave us the wrong car. Then they tried to tell us we had paid for a lesser car, when I showed them the confirmation they agreed to give us what we paid for.

Pros:I liked nothing about the experience. I was ripped off. I booked through Kayak and paid for the rental in advance only to arrive and be told I could not get the rental or my money back because a major credit card was needed. Kayak should not have taken my money via debit card if this was the case.
Cons:Everything. I will never use Fox again nor Kayak

Cons:The location is not where the other rental car companies are located. We expected an off airport shuttle but we had to take 2 shuttles instead of one. We were not aware that we were charged a fee for the second shuttle. The office was sketchy at night and the car had a maintenance required message.

Pros:Good rate, seemingly. Was a brand new car, didn't have issues there
Cons:Wasn't clear that this was a offsite/offsite... meaning take a shuttle to the car rental location, then take another shuttle to the fox facility. The second shuttle was left open at the car rental facility with no driver, waited for 30 min till one showed up after I called the office. Car I reserved wasn't available, pushed on insurance 5 times in the process, tried to force me to use their gas service, and then tried to run a credit report on me as I gave them a debit card (No thanks, here is a credit card). Definitely a bottom tier company, won't be renting from them again.

Pros:Wery helpful and friendly. Didn't have the reserved car. Did a hard upsell. Ended up doubling the estimated cost. But we got a bigger and better car. It all worked out.
