Cons:I did not rent the car, but I was charged
Pros:fast..no complications !
Cons:Waited in line for 30 min to find out the car was booked at the wrong location. They had cars at the location I was at but wouldn’t honor the reservation I had since it was through Hotwire.
Pros:Nice staff, earger to help and provide directions to the airport and how to get the shuttle. Service quick and no delays.

Pros:Nothing except the car
Cons:They did not honor my price, saying I went to wrong place. They then tripled the price. I own a business and would never do that to a customer. Borders on criminal. Will never use Budget again. Wait at desk was 45 minutes. Car not ready for 30 minutes. Very poor service.
Pros:Pick up & drop off was really simple & the vehicle was really nice. I'd recommend Budget & the Ford Edge to all travelers
Cons:I wish the Sirius supscription had been active. Trying to keep up with Sports action was difficult.
My money took and ni car
Pros:Overall price was $60 less than competitors, but this was due to limited mileage. Got 450 "free" miles only, then $0.25 per mile over. Still ended up being less than the cheapest competitor (Alamo as part of their GoAlamo club price).
Cons:First car had a nail in the tire. We happened to notice that the tire pressure was low. Cars do not seem to be maintained well by the company in general. Cars are clean enough, but do not seem new like others. Lot attendants are NOT helpful at all. NO attendant on duty when returning car, and Budget agents apparently do not work after hours, so you have to check in with Avis, their lot & counter partner.
Cons:The staff needs to be more understanding and hospitable to guest.
