Pros:Friendly staff, vehicle available when requested.
Cons:Distance of return site in Las Vegas.
Pros:The price. Also both drivers of the shuttle coming and going were pleasant and friendly.
Cons:The rental car place was NOT located at the airport. And I had to wait for a shuttle to come and pick me up. Had I known I would have parked in an area closer to the rental car place. I also didn't much like the car. I requested a compact, and it was, but it was extremely small and very noisy. I didn't care for it and wouldn't rent one again from them.
Not worth the frustration and dealing with insulting employees.

Cons:They listed as in terminal. They are not in terminal. I went to information and they said that Payless is with all other rental cars which is a shuttle ride. Ok. No big deal. So I shuttle over and after 15 minutes at the counter I am told I will have to wait at least a half an hour to get a car. They don't currently have one. I walked over to Alamo and rented and was on the go in 5 minutes. It cost me $20 more than my Payless reservation but they did actually have a car to rent me.
Pros:Customer service was good
Cons:The car smelled like a casino and had a lot of stains. Also when I booked I paid for insurance through alliance. Then when I checked in I was told that they weren't sure what insurance I had and may not be covered.
Pros:Cleanliness, gas efficient. Lady who helped me was very nice and even offered to upgrade me.
Cons:A better stereo
I was overcharged 2x even after confirming everything was taken care of.
Cons:There was no signage for Payless drop off. Finally I found out that I needed to drop car at Avis.
Cons:Nice car, and fast service . We had a great experience .
Pros:I set up this rental for a friend because he had rented a car through a different service and was very unhappy. this rental went very smoothly and he was extremely satisfied
