Cons:We had a wonderful experience with the Jeep we rented from Alamo however it was not the car we reserved. Also the check in process was stressful in that we felt pressured to buy Alamo insurance when we had already paid for additional coverage with another carrier. Drop off was smooth and easy.
Pros:Quick response to process getting our rent a car & return
Pros:They didn't have the size car that I requested and upgraded me to a truck free of charge.
Cons:I upgraded from a compact car to an economy car for $11/day and was then upgraded to a truck (which I preferred) but if I had known they would upgrade me I wouldn't have spent the extra $11/day. Not really their fault aside from not notifying me when checking in that they didn't have my requested car in stock.
Pros:Car worked fine
Cons:At check in we were told we would be charged less than $30 for pre-paid fuel because we had the smallest car they rent. Even though the ticket said $47, the attendant insisted we would be only be charged once we returned the car and it would be less than that. They said it multiple times. In the end, we were charged $47 just like the ticket said. Upon noticing this, I called the location, they apologized and offered to credit the amount back. A week later and no credit has arrived. Overall I do not enjoy these deceptive practices. I won't be pre-paying for fuel again.
Pros:Fun to drive great to have 4 wheel drive
Cons:Squeaky shocks, awful turn radius and aux outlet burned out phone cord

Pros:I loved that the staff was super friendly even thought our flight arrived in late. I love that the staff at night was super friendly when returning as well. They were very lovely! Especially Christopher? sp?
Cons:The van was NOT clean when we received it. There was sand inside, the dash was dusty, there was some sort of liquid that was spilled all down the back of the console, there was garbage in the cup holders and the side doors. It would have been great if it was clean when I picked it up.
Pros:It was by far the easiest pick up and drop off experience I had on any of the Hawaiian Island. I got to pick the car I wanted, the check in process was super quick and the return process was super quick. Very satisfied.
Pros:shuttle got us there quickly and rental was available in the car we wanted.
Cons:The camero was a little beat up. The handle to close and open the convertible was plastic and easily came out of place. It was also making weird sound and the brakes were pretty worn.
Pros:Good value. The office was very accommodating when we asked to switch the model of our car. Great customer service.
Cons:Most of the self check-in kiosks were broken when we arrived. Slowed down the line considerably.
