4.8 Mediocre
Pros:Car was clean and nice. Checkin was efficient and easy.
Cons:I was delayed several hours on my return. Every rental in America states right on the contract the charge for additional hours and days. Typically it's the same daily rate as the rental. I didn't notice they don't do that in Europe. I was paying 21 euro/day. Imagine my shock when Alamo/Enterprise said it would be 329 euro to bring it back 1 day late. That was more than 16 times the daily rate of my resevation! When I pointed out the absurdity that 1 day should cost more than my entire reservation, they agreed to come down to 120 euro. That was still 6 times my rental rate. In the end they were closed when I arrived so I had to drop it using the after hours key drop. It remains to be seen if they will do the right thing or try to gouge my for a couple of hours. It's worth mentioning that the justification for the outrages daily charge was that they were "completely sold out of cars". So imagine my shock when I dropped off the car and found over 30 clean cars ready to be rented!

Pros:Car was great and the staff seemed nice at first.
Cons:There was damage to the car when I picked it up. Upon return, I was accused of committing such damage and was shown old, dark and obscure photos to justify paying €750 on top of the €250 I had already paid as a deposit. Fortunately I had taken a pictures before I drove off however they have yet to refund my deposit after 5 business days.
