Pros:The check out was friendly and efficient. Even the woman who greeted me in the lot complimented me on my smile!! While I was confused about the bluetooth/usb connection the gentleman walked me through the connection with great patience and got me on my way. Car(Ford Fusion) was clean and it drove well in the rain. The car was comfortable to drive around the Bay Area. Price was perfect too!!
Cons:This is being picky but, I'd like it more if we could select our own vehicle for the class we choose. Sometimes I am more familiar with a brand and find it easy to adapt, than having to figure stuff out while I'm on vacation. Although, I think it's all a matter of me asking so I think it's just a minor issue.
