Cons:The Dollar receptionist I worked with at the Oakland airport was unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude from the start.

Cons:I was OVERCHARGED $467.39 instead of the $202.71 in my contract RR657234454 because I returned the car at SFO instead of OAK airports. THESE IS PREDATORY CHARGES. I would accept a $25 to $50 surcharge for the burden of driving the car 30 mins north, but this is abusive. I would not recommend any of my friends go through this painful service.

Cons:The vehicle I reserved was $81/day rate, was offered for a free upgrade at the time I picked up the car because the car I reserved weren't ready and too far for the employee to grab it. The car was even turned back in about 12 hours early but the bill came out to be $627 for about 3 days rental of the economy size vehicle?? that's ridiculous.

Pros:Very good SUV at very reasonable price, in fact slight upgrade, clean car, very pleasant staff, and generally efficient service.
Cons:A bit of confusion at OAK about which car(s) rented, which available, and which keys match which car. Thus an added 10-15 minutes for pick-up.

Cons:When I walked into the parking lot there were not enough American cars there is always a shortage of American cars this is an American company should have more American cars then crappy Asian cars
