Cons:They said I needed an international driver’s license for Alamo, so I wasn’t able to get the car. I had to go to a different car rental place and pay a high premium since I had no reservation

Cons:I arrived an hour late — and they gave away my rental!
Pros:The van was newer and in great functioning condition. It had a lot of room, accessories, and drove great.
Cons:We picked the van up at 12:30 AM. The inside cleanliness was not great. It was dusty, had an empty coke can, pretzels, and sunflower seed shells in the floor and a couple of cup holders. I removed those items and all was well.
Cons:We had a reservation at 9:00 and waited for 2 1/2 hours for a car. They are a bunch of monkeys in a circus with no ringleader. It is a joke that enterprise hired these incompetent fools to work there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Pros:Friendly staff
Cons:Did not receive our car until an hour after appointed time, when it was delivered dirty inside and out. (We were offered the option to wait even longer while it was cleaned!) Car was classified as Economy, but seemed like a Mini to us. Not particularly good value for money, and a long wait.
Pros:dropoff easy but p[ickup was rocky.
Cons:We picked up the Opel Insignia we ordered, but had to return it within the hour when we discovered that one of the electric windows had gone off its track. The replacement, a Nissan Qashqai SUV, was a significant upgrade and handled beautifully.

Pros:The car was fine. Had a GPS available in English. Very friendly customer service
Cons:Had to wait 4+ hours for a car that we had booked a month in advance. We booked a “mini” so we’re expecting a very small car. We ended up getting a 9 seater van which was inconvenient to drive and park in the places we were going
Pros:Our customer service representative went above and beyond the call of service, and hailed us a taxi to our next destination.
