Cons:Chose because less expensive and then forced to pay $200 in insurance. $600 euros total for 4 days
Cons:Stay away from this company. We sent a note to the company were told insurance was included. When we picked up the car we were told no insurance was included and we would have to pay $80/day for it. Our $100 car rental went up to $260.
Pros:I had only problems, at the pickup and drop-off. I've been charged with extra 1 day(49euro) and for extra fuel (30euro) after 3 days after drop-off. After 3 weeks I finally received my money back for this extra charges, but I have no idea why I was charged.
Cons:Now they are asking me for 204euro for a scratch I didn't made it, as at drop-off I checked the car with an Sixt employee and everything was fine
We rent cars on all of our holidays. We NEVER have any issues. We are clean, careful, and courteous. Upon arrival, we inspected the car. It had multiple scratches and dings. These were recorded and part of the car’s record. Upon drop off, the attendant claimed that we scratched the bottom bumper UNDERNEATH the car, out of sight and where we would have never thought to check upon leaving. We were furious, but we are letting our insurance (on our credit card) handle it. We have NEVER been treated this way by any other companies. Just this trip we also rented from Guerin/Enterprise in Portugal and Thrifty in Spain. Buyer beware! We will NEVER rent from Sixt again.

Cons:the handling of the customer complaint about damage to the car which already existed. Therefore, I'm not eager to rent another car with sixth
