Cons:I had issues with over charge at pick up office which was in Granada, Spain. They didn't help me finding out what the extra charges were saying that they could not change what the pick up branch charged initially. I ended up paying for 40 euros more than I booked for.

Cons:1, drop-off place is very hard to find. 2. I contacted them with questions, no feedback was given when asked for refund for wrongful charges.

Pros:The drop off at the airport in Granada was totally painless. The staff were very nice and efficient.
Cons:We asked the staff in Sevilla to let us drop the car off at the train station Budget office in Granada, but they had it fixed so we had to drop it off at the Granada airport, which meant a long taxi ride into Granada.

Cons:I did not like the fact that I was unable to speak to someone from the Sevilla Airport BudgetOffice directly. All phone calls are received centrally. This proved ineffective and frustrating.

Pros:I had requested for a mini automatic car and got an Audi A4 at the same price! The process for getting the car was fast and easy and very well detailed. Even better was the return that took all of 5 min. We even pushed the booking by a day and were late for the pick up. No issues or concern raised by the team, got the car just the same.
