Went to pick up the car to find out there were no cars available. Spent over $40 in Lyft just to end up careless for a 5day trip we planned months ago. Complete waste of time. The staff was rude and didn’t care.2.0 Poor

The car was nice, the clerk was friendly.Cons:
Scheduled online. When I arrived, there were no cars available, and I had to wait approximately an hour for a car. The car was clean on the outside, but the inside had some spills that weren't wiped up and smelled like marijuana. No after hours drop off instructions were provided, closed at 6:00.2.8 Poor
