Pros:
Very upsetting experience. Between Kayak or the rental car place, they had the wrong information about my rental car drop-off. I ended up having to pay over $100 more on site because they didn't have the right information, and I obviously did not have any options since I was heading to the airport!Cons:

Cons:
15 minutes after I got the booking confirmation I got a call from Enterprise stating that they do t have any cars available and were cancelling my reservation. Online fake booking system.10.0 Wonderful

Jay, the Enterprise agent, was terrific! He was professional, courteous, & ensured I was happy with the rental. The other agents in the office were equally pleasant.Cons:
The car does not come with a full tank. This appears to be a cheap way of getting free gas as most people most likely give you more than they got.7.6 Good

When picking up the car they told me that they were open until 6pm. I asked if they had a drop off box and said I would have to drop at a nearby hotel if I was after 6pm. They told me on the last (3rd) day that I would be charged a full day because I cannot make the drop during normal business hours.10.0 Wonderful

Ease of access and the fact that the cost for gas was not jacked up Because the pickup spot was a gas stationCons:
I could not add the rental car to my easy pass account and the idea of a convenience fee being tacked on makes no sense. I have been fined for using my ez pass on cars that were not in the account in the past and a car cannot be on more than one ez pass account at a time. You should eliminate the convenience fee permanently.8.0 Very good

they overcharged us for tolls, the tool tool that they are using, charge customers for the highest rate of toll. " video reading" + administration fee.NEVER USE THEIR E-TOLL!! when i asked at the beginning we thought if we use it, it will be the same price as our current EZPASS. but is it not!!! it is stealing customer's money charging them the highest rate of each toll, for example JFK toll cost $6 , we got charge $12!! same for al other tolls.Cons:
