I liked that Ace filmed my vehicle as I left the lot so that any damage was documented. The processing time of picking up the car could be improved. Just copy Hertz!

The agent at ACE counter in Denver was very poor. He was more concerned with trying to sell me the toll pass which was a rip off. He didn't go over contract.

There was no option in the booking search function to specify an AWD or 4WD . We were flying into Colorado to go skiing. We got upsold for US$40 per day to an AWD. Really had no choice at that point. The upgraded car was great. We booked through QEED so it was probably more their issue than ACE's

Typical rug pull experience with these cheaper brands. Booked the premium, wasn’t even offered the premium option when picking up. When I told the desk worker I actually booked the premium, I got a rehearsed “oh, it won’t be ready for another 45 minutes”. No explanation, no apology, just continued checking out with the base model. Shuttle system is dated and very infrequent. We arrived early but still felt like we should have arrived earlier.

I was quoted $86 but was charged $297. The deposit was $400 and I was told when car is returned with no damage all extra charges will be removed to get my quoted price on kayak but it only went down to $297. I have called their office several times but no one is picking up.

Cons:

Had to make a change to reservation. Removed 1 day from reservation and enterprise jacked up the price over $100 for 3 less days. Terrible company. I will never use enterprise again. Canceled reservation. I was told that a price increase was because of increased demand. They are liars. They don't care about their customers only care about ripping them off.
