The rental car was terrible. It was the dirtiest rental I’ve ever had. There were scratches and dents all over from previous renters. The radio didn’t work. The car should be removed from the rental lineup. I’d like a full refund.Reviewed May 3 2025

The service at the counter both when we picked up and dropped off for excellent the car was very good on gas we only really used a quarter tank the only thing was there were some empty water bottles we found underneath the seats that rolled into the back but other than that the car was perfect the service was excellent it served its purposeReviewed Apr 28 2025

We reserved a car off site because it was much cheaper. We walked with our luggage to go pick up the car. Joe was our salesman, he was very friendly but added $31 per day coverage that I told him I didn't want. I was charged basically double for the car rental because of that. I will never rent from Avis again and will definitely check the fine print next time regardless of nice talking agents. Very unhappy!!Reviewed Apr 26 2025
