Good experiencePros:Professional and efficient employees, well maintained car. Offered to provide directions to hotel in a different city than airport.Cons:NO windshield fluid in a 'buggy' region. Had to buy window cleaner and paper towels.Reviewed Aug 9 2018

Cons:Our flights were rerouted so we had to change from our original destination. Our first reservation which was booked online with you would have picked up Saturday night at the Airport. When our flight arrived and we got to the rental car area about 9:15 your area was closed. We called the 800 number to be told the reservation we made could only be reached by private plane so we couldn't get our car. ???? This should have been made clear online. We were told a car now would be about 6 times the amount we first counted on. We went on to our motel and got online where we were able to find one at a more reasonable rate. We picked it up the next day.Reviewed Sep 4 2016
