I got a car with a faulty tire that's was previously repaired wrong. I went to swap out the car and they were very nice about it that it was their fault. When I came to return the car they said I had a flat tire and charged me €350 for a flat tire and other charges. The car was supposed to be in total €400 and they charged me over €1000!!! I tried to reason with them but there is no one to talk to. I'll never again rent with Avis...Reviewed Feb 16 2023

Pros:Good city location and the staff was friendly and helpful. They changed the drop off fee to 150 Euros and took off the GPS charge. They tried to make the rental right but they could not do anything about the "upgraded car" and agreed that the VW Golf was not an SUV category.Cons:They were fine it was the left over dissatisfaction with Avis in Prague.Reviewed Oct 31 2017
