Avis in Redlands is a JOKEPros:not a whole lot.Cons:The car I got was filthy I had to stop and clean the window because I could not even see out of it. The person behind the desk was less than personable at pickup At drop off I was literally less than 5 minutes past the drop off time and was charged a $10.00 late fee. I asked him to reverse it and was told "I can not, that is how the account is set up". I will NEVER rent from this AVIS again, or any AVIS for that matter if that is how they treat their customers.Reviewed Apr 27 2017

Pros:Good pricingCons:Quite a bit. My brother experienced multiple mechanical problems including a transmission going out and broken headlights. They told us to drop it off at another location because our pickup location was closing soon. The man at that location tried charging an extra $84 for a "refuling" charge even though we returned the car on full. He was unable to explain why it was on there and stated "I don't know return it in Colton tomorrow." He refused to call anyone to see why the charge was on there and was very rude. I am just amazed at all of the problems we experienced.Reviewed Dec 23 2016
