Arrived at 5 am to find agent is not in the shop. Had to wait for him for 15 minutes as he was as in the restroom! He told me sorry we don’t have a car for you and did not want to honor my reservation. Only after arguing for 90 minutes did he give me a car. Never again Avis in this locationReviewed Oct 2 2026

There were no cars when I arrived, in spite of having reserved and paid for one. It took over twenty minutes of complaining to finally get a car. They said they were "backed up," which is not really my problem since I'd reserved a car which should have still been here. When I got it, the car was great, but they still charged me an extra $70+.Reviewed Oct 1 2026

I did not receive the category of car that I reserved. I wanted a sedan as I was going a long car ride and instead was given an SUV, which is very uncomfortable and did not ride well.Reviewed Oct 1 2026

I didn’t like anything this was a disaster. I never got the car, even though I went up there twice in two days and ended up in a fight with the owner who was yelling at me and basically kicked me out and cancel my reservation against my wishes.Reviewed Oct 1 2026

I never received any kind of receipt for my return as they said they would email me. I never got that either and had to go online to get my receipt. I was overcharged by $1000! I called Avis customer service but no one could help me because it was an international rental. I plan to stop payment with my credit card company on this.Reviewed Sep 30 2026

Only 1 agent at pick up counter...took way too long to get a vehicle and no one around after picking up the car as we wanted to switch as we did not really like the car but did not want to wait in line againReviewed Sep 29 2026

Car was very dirty on inside and smelled. The car had clearly been in an accident and had damage on driver side door and would shake when driven above 60 mph.Reviewed Sep 28 2026

The value was quite good. The car size worked well for us. However, the gas tank wasn’t full as it was stated, and the inside of the car had not been cleaned.Reviewed Sep 26 2026
