2/5Stars — Terrible morning logistics and rude staff, but saved by an excellent return agent.The sign on the door says they open at 8:00 AM, but I arrived at 8:50 AM to find multiple customers locked outside. No cars were available because they were still shuttling them from the airport, and I didn't get my keys until 9:30 AM. To make matters worse, the female morning agent was extremely rude and defensive, arguing that the customer needs to be "understanding" of their internal failures.The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because of the gentleman who handled my return. He was incredibly nice, professional, and efficient. Corporate needs to retrain the morning shift, but the return agent deserves praise for turning the experience around.Reviewed Sep 1 2026

Price was fine. Car itself was fine but was dirty. It had not been washed outside nor vacuumed. The directions did not bring us back to the entrance of the parking garage which took us extra time to find.Reviewed Aug 30 2026

I did not like the vehicle. It also was way overpriced. The price was too expensive for a multiple day rental. My insurance will only reimburse me $36.99 a day for rental coverage. So, my personal out of pocket expense was too much. I’ll shop other options throughly next time prior to renting a vehicle. I was not impressed with the whole experience.Reviewed Aug 30 2026

It was ok. The car was cleaned very rapidly and the interior was dusty. What i didn’t like is that it’s up to us to prove that the scratches are not caused by us. I asked the guy when i received the keys to inspect the car and note down the scratches. He didn’t want to and told me to take pictures of them and this is what i did luckily because when i returned the car the inspection was serious and i was able to prove with the photos and videos that the scratches were there at the time of pickup.
