The check in at the airport was easy, the gentleman was great. But actually getting the car was a nightmare. It took 90 minutes. There was no rhyme or reason to who was served first (a line of maybe 6-7 ahead of me). Some people had their cars pulled around others had to hunt for them. The woman at the little office spilled her drink all over her keyboard so she said she couldn’t do anything. But do say there was only one car washer, that’s why it as taking so long. While waiting three other people came up before me to get their cars. Then the driver brought a black Mercedes up to the front and backed into the waiting area JUST TO HAVE THE CAR THERE. Upon dropping off my car rental, I was told there was another $195 charge. I asked the front desk & said I signed for the daily protection of $25. I know I didn’t and refused it at the day of pickup. When I confronted the service desk, they just told me I signed it but wouldn’t give me proof and told me to contact customer service myself. Luckily I checked upon return of car when they guy had me signed the iPad for drop-off. Called the customer service hotline and they said they would send to dispute but no resolution as of yet. So check your drop-off receipt to see if if they tacked on unnecessary fees. You could be getting ripped offReviewed Mar 15 2026

The car was just fine as far as a midsize model to drive which they only had one more to rent out the Weight at the DCA airport was almost 1 hour. The line at their rental shop even though I had a reservation was 45 minutes. I was told I would get an email of my receipt which I need to get reimbursed for work and to this moment I still don’t have an email. I was just lucky. I remembered the location to return it because I had no information given to me and I don’t know I checked the email with them and it should be correct but I do not have one at pick up or drop off.Reviewed Mar 15 2026
