Cons:Hard to find the drop off site @ Old Towne, Kissimmee, FL...it took me about 10 minutes to find it. But no other issues.
Pros:Car itself which we paid extra for
Cons:Service and despite checking 3 times ahead of time about debit card use we weren't told we would have a credit check - credit was fine but I prepared not to check it as it can affect the. Scores . Sign on the wall doesn't help much when your. Standing there w luggage for 4 . Not polite either location .
Pros:The entire process was fast and easy.
Cons:I wished the had a bigger pick up truck available, the Toyota Tacoma was a bit smaller then what I anticipated. However it was great in gas.
Cons:There was no one there, closed when I got there. Then found out the next day, they did not have any cars available to rent? Need the $22 dollars refunded. My wife just called Avis, they said to call Kayak for a refund?? She has turned this experience over to capital one to dispute the fee, since there were no cars available.
