Pros:The customer service agents at Enterprise in Kissimmee are just wonderful. The system was quick, easy, very affordable compared to others. I had called one rental place directly and the price was more than twice the price I got, and the person was rude. Yunia is the woman at Enterprise and she has to be one of the best customer service agents around. She is friendly, professional, and has complete knowledge of her job. The process was perfect.
Pros:The young lady working the place should be getting paid for two, because she was easily handling the work of two!! She was turning around returns, taking calls, printing to two printers, coordinating rides and getting me out on the road all at the same time, calmly, coolly, and super professionally. What a star!!!

Cons:The address of the car rental drop off was incorrect on the website and we had difficulty locating the drop-off.

Cons:The service was so so so so so so so slow. Crazy slow. Insanely slow. It took forever.
Pros:I was the last rental thanks to the internet I just beat the couple walking in . Enterprise just rented the last car didn't upgraded me to a truck for a reasonable prices with a tank of gas . Great service !
Pros:I had to change my pick up and drop off locations twice, enterprise was flexible and accommodating. They didn't have an economy car at the new location, so they gave me a free upgrade! The customer service is consistently unbeatable. Only Enterprise!
Cons:They didn't have the car that we reserved and when we got there they actually said we don't have "any" car available anymore and they are all checked out... then the lady closed for the holiday weekend!
