Cons:I reserved a car for the weekend of 3/25 a month ahead of time. Two days before my trip the price went from $26.00 a day to $80.00 a day.
Cons:Pickup and dropoff was only in selected times so I couldn't use the service and I had to call an Uber. They didn't accept the insurance I bought at Kayak and I ended up paying the insurance twice
Pros:Great price, easy to get to.
Cons:Car smelled of smoke and was very noisy. Building to get car was unfinished and did not look legitimate.
Cons:What can I say good about this reservation. Nothing really. I rent a fair amount of cars, and I’ve never had many problems at all, but this was a total debacle. My car is in garage being repaired, and I needed a rental for a Dr. visit I never made. The first problem was the rental office was closed, and the person I spoke with said it would not be opening any time soon. He also said he did not have a car for me, and that he would call me at 4 pm when he had a car. I never got that call. I spent over $50 in cab fair round trip. I fly for the airlines and witness everything from great customer service to the worst. We live in the age of technology, and things like this rarely happen, but when they do, people make the difference. Not in this case.

Cons:Horrible experience. This was fulfilled by Hertz. They bait and switch car was not clean at all!!! Never cleaned!!! So probably wasn’t disinfected either. Staff was rude and signage was lacking in the airport for the pickup location.

Cons:Got there to get the car in my reservation (economy), however the attendant said that he only had a minivan and it was double the price. No free upgrades like all other car agencies, he told me you either pay double or no car for you. Do not rent here!
