They seem to be struggling with having cars ready for reservations. I think my agent tried to give me at least two or three cars and by the time they got to finalize it the car had be taken by someone else. I finally got a small Ford truck which did what I needed to get from point A to point B.

Had a great car at an excellent price, no problem with speed since I checked in online. Others did not which made the lineup very slow (took about half an hour to get my keys), especially with one person working at an airport kiosk. They were great though and did the best they could.

The check in process was so fast, I literally waited less than 5 minutes! We ordered a full size sedan and they gave me an hybrid SUV, it was AMAZING on gas! I am actually looking at purchasing one now! Thank you Avis Orlando!
