Cons:Off airport location reserved when I needed airport. Turned out to be higher price

Pros:Not a darn thing
Cons:The fact that we were able to reserved the car.. drove all the way out and didn't ever get the thug because when out of state you have to have ask or credit card. A debit card wouldn't do. Waste of time. Ridiculous that it wasn't mentioned before hand.

Pros:I reserved a car and when I got there they informed me that they were all out of cars. I started getting upset cause it took me an hour to get there and the guy asked if I would be ok with a mini van. I said ok and figured I was gonna end up paying 3 times more. They apologized for the inconvience and discounted the entire thing so I paid the same price for the car. They had really great customer service.
Cons:I'm not usually a minivan guy (It was really nice though).

Cons:Even with a reservation, we waited about 45 minutes to an hour to pick up our car.

Pros:I missed my flight to an important meeting and needed to rent a car ASAP! Service was quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. I've dealt with other locations before and the airport location is my favorite.
