Kia is a weird car - I was supposed to have gotten a Toyota. Plug-in for my GARMIN did not work and usb cable set up is poor. Hard car to get in and out of. Definitely would not take a Kia again. Staff were good.

The rental spot closes at 4:30, which wasn’t mentioned in any of the reservation materials I got from Kayak or the sub-rental company. With our flight delay, it meant we arrived after it closed. This upended our whole trip, and at such a small airport there were no other open rentals.

It was very easy to rent a car for a month! I was glad to have unlimited miles so I could travel easily from Calgary to Canmore to the Icefields Parkway.
