Pros:This location is closed.
Cons:Knowing that this location was closed so I didnt waste an hour of my time.

Pros:Picking up the car was fairly fast, although the line was very short at the time.
Cons:- No instruction on how to operate things on the vehicle like lights or ventilation. - Long shuttle ride from/to airport to rental center, despite being very close to the airport. - Not all insurance and fees are included when you pay in advance online through Kayak. They tried to up-sell me on additional liability insurance even after paying for CDW in advance.
Pros:The price was great.
Cons:I reserved a Luxury car, when the person at Pickup saw I was doing a oneway rental, suddenly they were out of luxury cars. There was one 5 steps from the door and the lot at LAX is huge, hundreds if not thousands of cars. I was offered my choice of an Explorer or Taurus. I don't really care, so I took a Taurus.
Professional and kind customer service. Super clean cars. And a great price! I may become a preferred loyal member just because of the great experience I had. The last time I was in LA I rented a car from a DIFFERENT company. Terrible car! Terrible service. I was hesitant to rent a car again in LA for that reason. I’ll stick to Avis!

Cons:We had to wait in line for over an hour to receive our reserved rental car. It was very disorganized. The bathrooms were not clean.
