Pros:Excellent customer service
Pros:Not much. Car was okay.
Cons:Didn't get the car I requested. Received a big gas guzzling SUV instead. Gas tank was only about 3/4 full. Returned the car with a full tank and was expecting some type of credit. Attendant Mike T. laughed and said no, but thanks for filling up the car! Writing letter to AVIS. Not a happy customer.
Pros:It was affordable and clean. I got the exact car I rented.
Cons:The extra third party insurance fee I paid & didn't need.
Pros:Easy pick-up & drop-off staff member was accommodating
Cons:car was not clean to typical Avis standards: dog hair in rear of vehicle, windows needed a cleaning
