Cons:Wrong car. One size down from what was requested.
Pros:I got a complimentary upgrade, and when I had to make changes in the schedule they were accommodating . And it was easy to get ahold of them.

Cons:The truck was filthy dirty . My son and I had Bad allergies as it is , bad experience.
Cons:Vehicle originally rented was not available and the replacement option was not luxury....the replacement (van )took over 1.5 hours to get ready. The inside of the van was filthy dirty and I had to personally disinfect it before our trip. The salesman offered an 8 % discount which was not worth switching vehicle types. With covid going on, I assumed the cleaning process would be more through to prevent the spread.
Pros:New vehicle with only 700 miles, Drove great.

Cons:More expensive than advertised. Lots of hidden fees - like daily service charges. Took awhile to get the car.
Pros:The staff were very helpful to get me going quickly, at a great price.
Cons:Unwilling to let me drop the car at a Scottsdale Airport location, which made my ability to return the car much more difficult. Found pretzels and other debris in the back seat.
Pros:The Scottsdale staff -- was really great except for the errant pick up driver that took nearly an hour to come pick me up...
Cons:Windows --- could always be cleaner ... And if car was indeed serviced before we picked it up -- the notification should be reset
