Pros:Car clean and new
Cons:We were robbed and our rental car was broken into. Luggage and passports stolen. We brought car back and they checked off damage in addition to broken window. We had opted for insurance but we feel they overstated claim. WE picked up new car returned it 4 days later in mint condition and they found nicks and wheel damage we did not agree with. We think that they find reasons to charge insurance company for damage not there. They also got an administration fee from us twice for "damage". Others at counter felt the same way when they turned in cars. We were shocked by such blatant deception.

Pros:Good clean car for a good price. Drop off was a smooth and quick process.
Cons:Queued for almost an hour to collect a pre booked car. I paid extra to rent a sat nav which didn't work and wouldn't pick up a GPS signal.

Pros:Drop off was easy and car was clean when I picked it up.
Cons:They charged me $100 more than I agreed to, they wouldn't let me decline insurance so that I could use my credit card's insurance instead, and check-out was made more confusing than it should have been.

Pros:Had a lot of bags. They drove the car to the airport departure to drop off the bags. Couldn't have made the flight without their help.
Cons:Few minor scratches on the car which were noted at checkout.
